Positive: Everything worked mostly, sliding door was a bit janky. Ac worked well.
Negative: Not very clean on entry. Some hair on floor and beds was grossest part. Dealing w the staff was a bit off putting as they didnโ€™t have the correct reservation when contacting me. They couldnโ€™t charge my card through booking so had to give them more information. Was kind of annoying. Lots of little annoying things that added up. Kept receiving messages from the property but not like I check my phone all the time on vacation. Seems like 3 people use the same phone but donโ€™t ever check back in the conversation to see what was said earlier. Also they charge a deposit that isnโ€™t refunded for 15 days after you leave. Seems like a long time to hold a deposit for a room. It wouldnโ€™t take much to make this a great place to stay.
Summary: Might stay again bc of location and price but the owners could improve in the experience a bit.

Positive: The location is great, not far from town, the beach and other locations of interest. The location has a secure point of access. The shower water pressure is great. A screen door on porch would be good.
Negative: The general appearance of the bathtub (rusty spots) left much to be desired of. The view of a brick wall when sitting in the porch was just not appealing at all, but bot much can be done about that.
Summary: Gate remote didn't work. Building # would help. Video confusing. Not happy with first night.
