Located just minutes away from Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, Sutro Baths, and Lands End, this is the ideal spot for nature lovers who enjoy being outdoors. You will have access to nearby local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation (free street parking too!).
The unit is conveniently located in the Central Sunset District, bordering Irving, Judah, and Noriega St, and has a walking score of 86. All errands can be accomplished on foot and it is extremely easy to get in and around the city, as there are multiple modes of transportation and restaurants nearby. Grocery stores, laundromats, and gas stations are also easily accessible within a few blocks. This cozy unit will allow you to get the much-needed rest you need without the hustle and bustle of the city noise. After a long day out exploring, you will come back to your suite located in one of the safest residential areas in San Francisco.
Things to Note:
There is no parking in the driveway.
Free street parking is available in front or within a few blocks from the property. Rest assured that parking spaces are plentiful.When parking on the street, pay attention to the signs that detail the street cleaning date and times and turn your wheels accordingly to avoid being ticketed by the city.
Due to the Coronavirus, we're taking extra precautions to disinfect all frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, dispensers, and countertops) after each reservation to ensure the safety of all guests.
The space is supplied with antibacterial hand wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap for guests' usage during their stay.
By booking and paying for a reservation, you are confirming you have read and are agreeing with everything disclosed below. Violating any of the house rules may result in additional charges and cancellation of your reservation.

Additional broken house rules and fees:
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (including but not limited to: marijuana/vaping/tobacco)/no drugs/no drinking inside or near the premises. This rule is STRICTLY ENFORCED $500
-No parties or unauthorized events $500
-No unregistered/undeclared guests, visitors or animals on the property; $50 each plus reservation will be canceled and no refund given
-Lost key fee $50
-Make a mess. please clean it up. Excessively dirty additional cleaning fee $100
-Late checkout: $20 per every 10 minutes after 11 am
-No eating on the bed; please eat at the table
-No solicitation of any kind of product or service to other guests.
-Do not burn candles or have any open flames on premises for safety reasons.
-We have the right to immediately enter the unit to remedy an issue you say is not right.
-Broken house rules will cause reservation to be canceled without a refund. You will then be asked to leave or charged with trespassing.
-In addition, if the unit is unable to be rerented because of a smoke smell, damage, or additional cleaning is needed because you broke the house rule(s) you will also be required to pay for the lost revenue.

-Illegal activity will not be tolerated; cops will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.

Summary: Great value if you are intending to spend your time out and about. In a good location for both visiting the city and accessibility. Host left a friendly gift on arrival as well.It is frankly a bit tight, and the walls are a thin. So good for sleeping, but best for spending the day out.

Summary: Good location close to Golden Gate Park, restaurants, and coffee. Just what we needed for a two night stay close to my daughter who lives in Sunset. I liked that there was a heater because the nights did get a little chilly. Clean, and easy checkin/checkout. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We were in SF for 4 days. We rented a car which is useful to explore the city. We also used Uber quite a bit from our rental location. Not fancy but clean and we felt safe. Christine is very hospitable.

Summary: This was a very nice and convenient place to stay. It is very close to.local restaurants and walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. I was in SF for the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference and this was much cheaper than the $2,000/night hotel rooms downtown. It was also a nice break away from the hectic downtown crowds. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The space itself is pretty small but everything was super clean. Very nice place to stay if you plan on being out & about in the city.

Summary: The place was great. Just what we needed after my niece's wedding in Napa. Perfect jumping off point to al the places we anted to see in the near and far SF area. And really appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks, which saved us a trip to store the day we got in, and which we took advantage of the next day at Muir Woods for a perfect lunch (even if alcohol was illegal, we HAD to have it). It was a bit chilly sometimes, so had to cover up, but realize that is SF this time of year. Even where we are from, Chicago, was warmer the whole week we were there, lol. But fond memories.
