Positive: Host was prompt in responding.
Negative: The elevator was full of Graffiti and awkward and scary texts. Not appropriate for families with children. The approach to fetch the key in the night was not convenient. It was dark and I had to use my mobile phone light to search for the Key Tresor. There were stuff (suitcases etc.,) under the beds, the cleaning stuff was in the bathroom.
Summary: NOT suitable for families with children.

Positive: It’s good value for money. It’s a bit far from city center but bus stops right in front of the aparment and takes you to the metro station.
Negative: Its takes about 30/40 minutes to get to city center with public transpost. It could be a little bit more cleaner. Every time you take shower, there will be a little flood in the bathroom beacause of the shower. I was told that I will get check in instructions 3 days before my arrival. Since I didn’t get the instructions 3 days before, I texted them 2 days before my arrival and I didn’t get any response from the owner in the next 30h so that was a little bit frustrating. I finally got the instructions on the day I came to Berlin.

Positive: I really liked it — it was a very nice and cozy place, and the bus stopped right on the street. 🚏✨
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment was cleaned very superficially, and there was dust.
