Summary: The hotel was very nice so much to see and do the within the hotel. We were on the 14th floor VIP the Gold floor, that was different. Our room had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom are with a separate bathroom with shower very nice and clean. We also hade a very nice sectional couch in the separate seating/ living room area. My only issues were one the bed, hard as a rock and felt like it had gravel in the mattress my back hurts every night and 2 the water pressure in the shower and temperature was syper hot, too hot it was not easy finding a comfortable setting without being burnt. Other than that I would visit again ☺️

Summary: First, I was surprised with additional charges like hotel fee per day, etc. I ended up paying much more than the price that was established during the reservation. They don’t clean the rooms unless you stay 5 days or more. You have to ask for towels. Checking out I have questions about the extra charges and the lady was rude and she kept repeating that those were the charges and that’s it. They should let the guests know ahead of time about those extra Fers.

Summary: All i can say is I'm planning my next visit real soon. Our upgrade was spectacular. The weather was awful most of the trip so having everything in one place was exceptional. The best part was the gaming and i love their free play compensation. Everything was so relaxing and the spa was amazing. I love it here!

Summary: This hotel stay was mediocre. Bathroom light didn’t work, showered in the dark. No shampoo/body wash in the provided pump bottles in the shower. Pool water was not the cleanest. Employees very nice and bed comfy.

Summary: Best part was the 2 pool areas, comfortable beds, a balcony, and the guy who unloaded my luggage. Getting to the registration desk and then to the room took 2 elevators, 2 escalators, and hundreds of endless hallways. The balcony is over some rooftop fans and you can't hear yourself talk, good view though. A $20 resort fee didn't get me anything that I know of. Cost $11 to borrow a mini fridge (I did not do that). Both pools are great, but I wouldn't pay alot to stay here.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy, we stayed in the junior sweet the room was very spacious with a jacuzzi tub. Very clean plenty of games in the casino staff was friendly overall great experience

Summary: The room next to me had a couple who stayed up all night. Slamming doors and talking very loudly. It sounded like they were in my room.

Summary: It was a nice stay for the one night. Casino and pool area was nice. It was clean for the most part. Wish theybhad more non smoking areas. Shower leaked all night.
