Summary: The rooms were nice and the front desk very kind and helpful. The soap dispensers were empty and the water pressure low for showers.

Summary: I thought I was booking a great hotel experience for my husband and I. We got there a little early and asked to check in if room was ready. Sure for $25 extra! No thanks. We’re told the indoor pool and fitness center was located at their “sister” property which was up a hill and needed to drive there! No thanks, but were still charged a “resort fee.” There was NO coffee or tea offered in a common area and just instant in our room. No thanks! After taking a shower I found the hairdryer did not work. Called the front desk asking for someone to exchange this for one that worked. Was told sure I could come to front desk and exchange it myself since she was the only person working at the hotel at that time, 8:30pm. No thanks! To get to their casino we had to go outside and across the street. No thanks! This Golden Nugget was not an experience we would ever repeat, such a disappointment!!!!

Summary: The hotel is great rooms are very nice and clean. One issue wish the hotel. Had a coffee bar and drink bar in it. Don’t have to go across the street to the casino to get coffee.
