Negative: We had to switch rooms because the bathroom was dirty, we found three dirty towels and the mirrors in.the bathroom were fiflty. When I checked in the front counter person was on the phone while checking me in, try to do my check-in while on the phone and in the process I told him I had booked a room on booking.com. he went ahead and charge my credit card anyways for a room when I had realized that had happened I went downstairs to tell him what had happened and he said that he reversed the payment. Payment has not been reversed I'm still dealing with this mess. Very unprofessional not very pleased and will not go back there again.

Positive: The rooms were beautiful. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and stocked shampoo, conditioner and soap. There were plenty of soft, white towels.
Negative: I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Positive: Front desk staff was helpful and considerate given the multiple issues we had with our room.
Negative: Room had issues that should have been addressed before we checked in; clogged bathroom sink drain, WiFi and TV did not work, roll in wheelchair accessible shower had an after market rubber strip blocking entry due to poor design and leaking. Also, the shower stall was smaller than the space it was designed to fit, making it impossible to access with a wheelchair or use the shower chair safely (code issue?).
Summary: My impression is that this is a nice, new property but has some major bathroom construction flaws.

Negative: No mattress pad on the beds, the bed had stains all over it and 2x4’s holding the bed up. The floors were dirty. Very flat pillows. We had to get our cards we done after 1 day. The cleaning gal we had was very accommodating.
