Summary: I was there for the graduation at Mines. The weather cooperated enough that made this location easily walkable to campus and all of downtown Golden. They had an accessible garage if you come in a car. We used it a few times with my sons vehicle. Everything was super clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Summary: Son at Mines and short walk downtown, to campus and hike up South Table Mountain all from unit. Unit as described. Couple comments, parking in garage is very tight if you have a large vehicle, which we did. Furniture in unit is very sparse. Beds were comfortable and rooftop views were excellent.

Summary: We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and really enjoyed the place. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening. Parking was easy and checking in and out was seamless. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights at this condo while dropping our son off for freshman year at CO School of Mines. The location was a block from the campus, walkable distance from downtown and a perfect place to serve our needs. We stored our mtn bikes securely in the garage. The owner communicated well, it was very clean and had super comfortable beds. The kitchen was clean and had everything we would have needed had we decided to stay in for meals. The rooftop patio was a plus. We were very happy with this VRBO and will try to stay here again on future visits. Thank you!
