Positive: This hotel is amazing. Very luxurious , clean and perfect location. It beautifully decorated in a modern way and I was absolutely surprised with the comfort and facilities.

Negative: Amazing staff, they couldn’t help us enough. Lovely people. Thank you to Eleni and Niko they helped us with our room and organised food for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is a real diamond.They speak perfect English.

Positive: Great staff, very helpful. Good breakfast buffet, lots of selection. Very close to the University and hospital. Free parking. Nice sized pool. Spa services available. Room was large and comfortable. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Definitely will book there again.

Negative: It could've been a little cleaner but by no means was dirty. A little dusting and there were some stains on the couch and the grout in the bathtub needs to be repaired. Not all places are wheelchair accessible. Make sure to ask for a room that has elevator access. A few little things and it would be a 10. I give a 9.5.

Positive: - Pretty, modern furnished room - Colonial style bathroom (suite) - Friendly people at reception - Cleaness

Negative: - The breakfast could be much better!! Some products were evidently not fresh (inexcusable in any hotel category!), maybe in low season would be better to reduce a bit a variety of sweets, but increase the quality of the food? - Sauna / whirpool must be paid extra and its quite expensive. - low pressure of water to take a shower

Positive: A very friendly staff, especially the hotel manager! Perfect and rich breakfast, comfortable room, all facilities. Good location, outside the city center, but not far from it.
