Located at the heart of downtown Golden, Golden View Suite is the perfect home away from home. This 350 sqft space allows you to enjoy Golden without having to drive anywhere. The Property has 29 other suites which are either rented both long, and short term.

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. No more than 4 persons in the unit. Violation will result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund
3. Each guest will respect and follow all community guidelines within the property
4. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by through either the house manual or check-in guide. You also agree that you will not contact your host before reading your house manual
5. A $200 per day penalty will be applied if there is any form of smoking within the unit. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the unit.
6. A $50 late checkout fee will be applied if your checkout is unauthorized to be late. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time
7. It is agreed by you, the guest, to take responsibility for losses due to the above situations. If any broken rules lead to cancellation of the next guest, this refund is to be paid by you, the guest.
8. You agree that you, the guest, are booking in goodwill with your host, and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling or the host, in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay, or if you are to lose a resolution.

Summary: I hate to give a negative review since I think the guys who run this place are trying. The property is characterized as โ€œdowntownโ€; itโ€™s not. Itโ€™s a peculiar 2 wings of 1-story bldgs that have been remodeled, Deeper into the site it gets seedy, but doesnโ€™t feel unsafe. You are close to the highway and trains, which kept us awake the first night. The kitchen is featured in their photo for good reason - itโ€™s the high point and well equipped. But there is no closet and no room for luggage either. The queen bed barely fits in the bedroom and the bathroom is small. Water pressure okay and nice cushions on the 2 outdoor chairs, although faded. Good price.

Summary: The location of the property was strange, its proximity to some really great places to eat and hangout but it had a, as my friend put it โ€œtrailer park feelsโ€ to it. But, besides that the place wasnโ€™t bad at all. Freshly renovated, and mostly clean (need some more cleaning underneath the couch and inside the bathroom). Just to forewarn other rentersโ€ฆ the place is a lot smaller that pictured.

Summary: Inside was well appointed for a small space. Everything needed was available and the check in was super easy. Location appeared to be a little questionable. Noisy neighbours. Gladly the apartment is on the end so only had to do deal with one set of neighbours. It is a close walk to most things but it does not have a welcoming feeling.

Summary: The location is great โ€” easy to walk to restaurants and cafes in Golden. A short drive to the base of the mountain. The condo is newly renovated, very clean, and has everything you need. Taj is so quick to respond to questions and always helpful โ€” definitely a star host. Would happily stay here again with one or two people.
