Summary: I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the level of customer service really stood out—they were always ready to help and made me feel at home. Everything was clean and well maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, I did find the food menu quite limited, and the prices were a bit on the high side for what was offered. The convenience store in particular was very expensive; for example, I saw a single candle priced at $57, which seemed excessive. Overall, though, I enjoyed my time here. It’s a lovely hotel with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, but be prepared for higher costs if you plan to dine on-site or shop at the convenience store.
