Summary: Extremely clean and comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes etc. location to the clubhouse was very close. Heard a few golf balls hit the house one day but it was too cold to sit outside in January with an eastern exposure on the patio. Management was very responsive.

Summary: This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything and more than we could ever ask for. Everything was high end and a complete pleasure. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the friendliness of the Security Guards and the entire neighborhood. David was very responsive. However, I can not say the same for the "Evolve" system. You might want to double check "Evolve" response time. Everything else was Perfect!!

Summary: Great location near restaurants coffee shops. The house had everything we need it. The only think was wach for golf balls in the backyard I almost got hit a few times so was my 90 year old mom other then that was excellent.

Summary: Very nice, clean and comfortable home. Great beds and linens. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare meals. I would have liked a garlic press but I made do without. The patio had a great view of the golf course and lake. The community was so friendly. The location was close to the stadium, shopping, and restaurants. It was everything and more that we had hoped it would. We had reservations to return next year but we loved it so much we bought our own home while in Surprise.
