Summary: The setting of this rental was stunning. The gardens are perfectly manicured with flowers every color of the rainbow. We grilled, sat under the lovely covered deck area, enjoyed the gorgeous views...all from the backyard. The inside was very large and had everything we needed, including extra pillows, blankets, towels and the kitchen was stocked with wine, water, coffee/tea and plenty of snacks. 100% would stay here again! Phenomenal! Communication with the host was easy and the rental is conveniently located near Temecula, Carlsbad and San Diego.

Summary: Fully equipped kitchen, clean place, comfortable furniture and bed/bedding, and super nicely landscaped tropical yard and patio was superb. Paul, and Sandy and Jack were lovely hosts, as usual!

Summary: Great stay. Host was very responsive. I noticed the bathroom window was open which made me slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was an amazing experience.

Summary: We just loved! staying at the beautiful “touch of Tuscany” hilltop location! Private parking and entrance and view over the town of Fallbrook and surrounding mountains. Summary: Paul and Sandy always have a sweet place and a couple nice smiles and friendly hellos for me when I return here each year. This place is heaven. 360 degree views and very quiet and the flowers and landscaping is immaculate!

Summary: My wife and I spent 40 days at this very nice guest house in Fallbrook. The location was perfect with beautiful views to the south. The house had all of the amenities that we were looking for---washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, Netflix, Peacock and other streaming channels. 30 minutes to the beach in Oceanside, beach towels, chairs and umbrella were furnished. Very close to downtown Fallbrook where every Saturday there was a street fair. The hosts were very accomodating and we had a bottle of wine, chocolates, snack bars and biscotti upon our arrival. We had our own patio area with bbq. Close to Temecula, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Lots of wineries in the area. Will definitley consider this rental for next summer.
