Summary: Nice hotel with nice and friendly staff. Very nice pool area BUT pool is not heated and is not covered during the night so only nice during July and August. you will need a car. No problem bringing your dog.

Summary: The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great! The pollows, which is a special sign of hospitality for me, were extremely comfortable, hypoallergenic (which is also very important for person like me), the air-conditioning worked exceptionally well. Great place!

Summary: Our de luxe room and bathroom were both very well maintained and clean. Reception staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One improvement however would be for the very pleasant Pool to be heated . Excellent location for a wide selection of restaurants and a pleasant relaxing holiday.

Summary: Overall it was good, friendly reception ladies, friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. Restaurant manager Julien was great after I had an issue with a member of staff, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was superb. The issue with the waiter was he refused to speak English with me, he was talking with all the other tables in English if they asked to speak English but with me he refused to do so which was racist and rude. I raised the issue with the restaurant manager and he informed the general manager and they both ensured I stay happy and enjoy my stay. WIFI isn't great but it works. I had the luxury suite and the size of the room was big and enough space for everything. Over all nice and friendly staff
