Positive: Excellent hosting by the owner. Provided lots of detailed information where to visit which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean.
Negative: The room was a little dated in relation to furnishings, but clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Positive: Spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom. Good location not far from the motorway and an easy drive into St Jean de Luz.
Negative: No common area such as lounge or dining room, so breakfast was brought to the bedroom.

Positive: It was ideally situated in a quiet area but close to the main town . Spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Summary: A warm welcome from the owner and the room was perfect . A marvellous breakfast with home made bread , yogurt and jams.

Positive: The house itself was nice
Negative: Unfortunately this was the worst stay that we had during our trip. We regret booking this stay and left with a bad feeling. For more than 100 euros, we did not feel welcome or comfortabel at all. First, when the host lady showed is the room, we had turned on the lights of the toilet and bathroom to see the whole space (also i needed to use the toilet but was waiting for her to leave first). She was in the room with us for 5 minutes or so but already requested us to switch off both lights? I believe that when you pay for a room, you should feel free to use the lights or not! This made us feel uneasy as she imposed her control in our temporary space which obviously we paid for. Then, while we were in town, she accidently send us a message which was clearly not meant for us, making comments about us. This was very unprofessional. Lastly, we had some food stored in the fridge, which we were going to have as breakfast. But then we noticed that she kept u plugging both the microwave and fridge. We found this to be very strange. There are many other great places to stay at this price range and we would not recommend staying here.
