Positive: I like that we were offered complimentary breakfast.

Negative: There are no elevators(we were coming from our wedding so we we pretty tired), there was no hot water in our room. The mattress was very hard. We were told the room was newly refurbished; however it did seem like that was the case.

Negative: The first step of the 3rd level was unsafe tripped multiple times, also the gaps in the door allow a lot of bugs to come in the room.
