Summary: The location was perfect for a family trip. We were close enough to venture downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet and clean. Chris’ communication and recommendations were impeccable! We had an absolute blastAnd would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Key West. Our only complaint is the pool could have been just a tad warmer.

Summary: Loved this property- walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars, especially around the marina which is only 15 mins walk away! The property is well equipped and has a choice of great balconies/terraces and the development is very quiet - pool area was great too. Highly recommend this place and we loved Key West.

Summary: We booked a quick trip to Key West for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We did not want to stay in the hustle bustle of Key West so we decided to stay in stock Island at this property.. it was the best decision close enough to get everywhere quickly but far enough away to be relaxing. Chris was great. Chris us a few recommendations. House was very clean. Great location do not hesitate to book. We will definitely be back again..

Summary: I am so happy we opted to stay at Chris’ Stock Island townhome instead of in the heart of Key West!! We would absolutely stay there on a future visit. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, exactly as described. The two upstairs bedrooms both have balconies and full baths. Downstairs has another bedroom and powder room.and another balcony. Full kitchen and large dining table. It’s super close to a CVS and Roostica for amazing pizza. We also ate at Hogfish a few times for great casual local seafood. Ubers into KW plentiful.Pool is quiet and lovely. Near beach and airport. We really would love to stay again. I was hesitant to book a place away from central KW but SO glad we did. Thanks Chris!!
