Just four homes away from the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore which was voted "The Most Beautiful Place in America" by Good Morning America viewers. Walk the pure sand beach while watching the passing ships and hunting for Petoskey stones. Home sits back approx. 125' off the main road on nicely wooded lot that creates privacy. Spring fed stream flows gently through the property.
Choose a spot on one of the multi-level decks to catch the sizzling sunsets. Come and enjoy all that pure Leelanau has to offer in this spectacular Lake Michigan beach house. Kayaks, Bikes, and Wifi included. This property is for families and groups who will be able to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors.

Summary: We stayed here over spring break this year. We absolutely loved the view, the privacy and the proximity of the dunes. I worked here remotely for a couple days with my kids before my husband and nephews came up for the weekend. I was able to start the day with a cup of coffee overlooking the lake and ended each day with a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. Absolutely a relaxing place to stay. Will definitely be back!

Summary: We loved the location of the property and a walkable beach. The house was very roomy for our family of 3. We had a few issues with the master bath sinks that were backed up and the grill not starting but the owner offered to help talk us through trying to get the grill going. The appliances are very dated but they worked. Very deep sofas so we were glad we brought our own pillows and a sofa cushion from home to support our backs. The house is very pretty and the property on the water is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. About 5 miles to Leland and about 25 min to Glen Arbor. We had a wonderful stay.
