Positive: Clean and spacious rooms and there is also a beautiful garden to enjoy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and different choices for breakfast. There is also a shared kitchen in the garden. The location is awesome - near the beach and the central parts with restaurants, bars etc; but also on a quiet side street with no traffic noise.
Negative: Thin walls, so we could hear some of our neighbours, who were sometimes quite loud.
Summary: Beautiful location - deserves its name!

Positive: The location of this property was fantastic. We were able to constantly utilize our time to do activities, while also being conveniently near our hotel if we needed to take a breather to cool down in between. It was also clean, the staff was friendly, and there is the sweetest hotel kitty (who stays out of your way, but will approach if called and will possibly be caught sleeping/lounging nearby).
Negative: The only negative thing we have to say is that our tv never worked our entire stay, which was a bummer for my spouse, as we were rained in a few nights during heavy thunderstorms. I had a book, she had to resort to watching things on her phone or finding other ways to pass the time.
Summary: It was a really nice stay! We loved the environment and would definitely come back next time we are in Sámara!

Positive: It was clean.
Negative: I don't know where the sound was coming from, but there was an extremely loud nightclub dance music nearby between 10 pm and 1 am. It was so loud that even ear plugs could not help us sleep.
Summary: I would not book this facility again.
