This vacation accommodation features a fenced-in private pool with a spacious backyard and room to store your boat, jet skis or motorcycle trailer. There is a public boat ramp just 3 minutes away. Historic Flagler Ave. is just a 10 minute drive and offers drive on access to the beach as well as some of the best restaurants New Smyrna Beach has to offer. We are just under a 20 minute ride to Daytona for biking events or races. There are many canals throughout the neighborhood, so bring your fishing poles. The house sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. There is no cable, but there is internet, so you can use it for your own personal devices or to watch TV with your own favorite personal streaming services.

Summary: Loved the location. Away from tourist sites but just a quick drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. An hour to Universal and an hour and half to Disney. The rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Pool was enjoyed every day by my grandkids. Would stay again.
