Stone house with spectacular 180 ° views over the Luberon. It is located along the beautiful village of Gordes (shops 5 minutes walk). Very quiet environment.
The air-conditioned house has beautiful reception volumes open to the outside. A magnificent 100 m2 terrace offers spectacular panoramic views over the Luberon. On the ground floor a room with bed 160 and shower room, separate wc, lounge and kitchen / dining room opening onto the terrace. Upstairs the master bedroom bed 160, a bathroom and shower, separate toilet. Two bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate shower room and toilet. All rooms overlook the panoramic view. Modern and elegant decor.
In the garden in "restanques" lined with stone walls and planted with over 100 olive trees, almond trees and hackberry, many shaded terraces to enjoy the view.
The 15mx5m pool heated seasonally and protected by an electric shutter is nestled in a green setting with panoramic views over the Luberon.
Large pool house of 60m2 comfortably furnished and equipped (living room, dining room, shower room, dishwasher, refrigerator).

Summary: Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect. We stayed for a week with my parents and baby, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The villa is gorgeous and the views!!! I will never forget those views. We would sit on the patio with coffee and wine looking out all day. Carole, the property manager, is so kind and gave us a tour after greeting us. She also gave us the best recommendations for baked goods, food, and groceries in a town nearby. The pool was one of my favourite parts of the villa and we spent a lot of time lounging and swimming. Every morning my daughter and I would walk and pick a fig off the tree. The olives weren't ready yet so we will just have to come back! We loved our stay here and would absolutely return. Thank you so much for making our visit to France so magical!

Summary: We had a fabulous relaxing holiday in La Magnanerie. Although we visited many of the wonderful villages of Provence, it was even better to come back to the peace and view here. Delicious croissants from just up the road each morning.

Summary: The house is spacious, very comfortable, spotless clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The view (!!) and the magnificent garden were the true highlights of our stay. La Magnanerie is conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk away from a bakery and small supermarket. Communication with Anne and Carole who greeted us, were super easy. The house is perfect to (re)discover Luberon.

Summary: We weee excited about our stay just from the listing photos and reviews. But the villa and the service exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties, but this was by far our best experience. Super clean, well-decorated and maintained. Carole was so attentive and helped with reservations and suggestions. We had her plan for a chef to cook dinner one evening and it was superb. Best trip ever.

Summary: We were a small group that wanted privacy and a home that was walkable to one of the wonderful hill towns in the Luberon- and La Magnanerie was perfect! Easily reached by car or taxi (a few hairpin turn to test your skills) and once you are there, a 5 min walk into lovely Gordes. You can get to just about any town you may want to visit in the region using this as a home base for day trips- or enjoy the well-appointed and comfortable home- lounging in the outdoor spaces and taking in the breathtaking views of the valley while sipping aperitifs or local wine. The home is beautifully restored/updated. Decorated simply and handsomely. So comfortable- we were there for a very warm week, but were able to stay comfortable and, of course, enjoy the stunning pool. There are many spaces in and around the house for all to spread out- or come together- lots of options. The kitchen is well-appointed if you choose to have meals in- buying meat in the local butcher shop and grilling/eating outside taking in the view was a highlight. Carole, who manages the house, was so delightful and helpful- suggesting day trips, lunch/dinner locations- even offering to make reservations for us. So supportive with our limited French- she was available for anything we needed which added to the success of the trip. I would recommend this beautiful home without reservation- note: a week is not long enough! I hope to return to Gordes and La Magnanerie. On behalf of our group, thank you Anne and Carole.
