Both Summer and Winter activities provide year round use. Enjoy the worlds best skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, road biking, mountain biking etc. Condo pool and hot tub are within a 1 minute walk as well as the Elkhorn amenities that are included with this unit. Elkhorn amenities include discount golfing priviledges at the famous Trent Jones designed Elkhorn golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, use of the Olympic size pools and hot tubs at both the Harker Center and Elkhorn Community Center, as well as the other amenities provided.
Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, cable. 3 TV's and Blu-Ray dvd player, (Family room 60' HD flat screen w/internet) high speed wireless internet, gas Weber BBQ, 2 decks, fireplace, minutes to skiing, biking, hiking, tennis, and golf are just a few of the perks that make this a great vacation destination.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have out-door security cameras installed. These cameras are located at the front entrance and backyard perimeter and monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the property or any private spaces, ensuring full respect for your privacy.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas getaway. The condo is better than expected. It is well stocked, spacious, clean and beautiful—- even had a Christmas tree. The attention to details made our stay wonderful. We would happily stay here again.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this condo and it was just as great as the first. There is lots of room and it has everything you need for a great stay. The management is quick to respond to requests and the check in and out process could not be any easier. Thank you for an awesome Sun Valley week!

Summary: This condo was excellent. Our kids loved playing in the snow right out the back door. It was easy to park at, right next to a shuttle stop if you wanted to ride the bus. Walking distance from Dollar Mountain. Inside was lovely, we enjoyed the provided puzzles and games. I would love to rent this condo again.

Summary: Our group enjoyed our stay. The place was large, clean, and in a great location close to Sun Valley resort. Kitchen was well stocked. The living room space was surprisingly larger than expected. Anna was attentive and responded quickly to questions. The shared hot tub closest to the unit was nice to use after a long day of skiing. But we’re afraid the hot tub may be giving bacterial infections because three people in the group came back with some sort of skin irritation. Something for the host to check out with the HOA. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend coming back.

Summary: Property was as advertised! Spacious and beautiful! Very quiet neighborhood. Family of 7 adults had plenty of space. Kitchen was wonderful with all we needed for cooking. Balcony grill was clean and great for cooking up burgers after a day of exploring the mountains. Anna was very responsive to questions and assured we had a great stay!

Summary: The townhouse was immaculate, homey and spacious! They just had new carpet installed which was an unexpected bonus, and the loft was a huge hit with our son. I've been renting condos in Sun Valley for 15 years, and I've never had such an extraordinary host as Anna. She responded to every email within minutes and if there was an issue, she had it resolved in less than 24 hours. She is amazing!

Summary: The hosts were so nice and went out of their way to make the trip great. The condo was very well stocked, very clean, and bigger than expected. The heated floors were a definite bonus. 😊 Very nice upgrades throughout the condo - this might be the first condo we've stayed in, that we'll try to book again next year.
