Summary: Excellent family vacation experience. During the first night we discovered the AC was not working properly. I texted the owner at 6:30 am and she immediately called me and had an AC Tech on site and the AC was back up and running by 10am. It was overall a great experience and I could not have been more pleased with property and the owner and her attention to our needs. The only negative would be that golf carts are not allowed on property due to limited parking.

Summary: We had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We had coffee on the lanai in the morning and cocktails on the lanai in the evening. The condo decor was “beachy” and perfect! The bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Communication was flawless. We highly recommend this jewel and would love to return!

Summary: A beautiful beachfront property, with only a few steps to the beach! Perfect location on a dead end street in our favorite area on 30A. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Everything about this condo is perfect. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location just could not be more ideal. Loved the artwork too! We had great communication with Debbie and no issues with checkin.
