I know you will enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the roof top deck or just sitting on the back porch over looking the canal. Easy boat access to Atlantic and Gulf waters. House is five canals in from open water for a short idle through the main canal. The house has dark hardwood floors through out. The kitchen is a cooks delight with stainless steel gas stove and appliances. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. West Indies style furniture in the living room and master bedroom. You will feel like you are at a resort!
The house has a Large Master suite and two guest bedrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa and futon. There is ample parking space under the house and a large 40 ft dock for your boat. There is also plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property. You don't have to leave your beloved pets behind either. We are pet friendly. My dog Wahoo comes with me every time.
The house can sleep 6 adults comfortably but if you are looking to cram 8 adults into the house this is not the house for you. I prefer to rent by the month to responsible adults. This is a very nice upscale house in a quiet neighborhood. If you are wanting a house to party in and get loud please look somewhere else.

Summary: We love the Keys and this comfortable home was a pleasure to stay in for the month. It is the perfect location for diving, fishing and a quick run to Key West. The rooftop deck is incredible for star-gazing. Those who are particular about lamps, chairs and fine china should probably stay on Summerland Key for twice the price. Thank you to the owner for welcoming responsible dog owners!

Summary: This home was perfect for our family of 3 and our dogs. My sister and her husband joined us for a week out of the month and there was ample room for even a third couple if we'd have wanted someone else to join us. The house had all of the comforts of home and was nicely decorated. Having our boat docked steps away from the door was incredible, and just a short ride to open water. We did have a small hiccup upon arrival, but Steve was extremely quick to respond and correct it. He was very easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. If you're bringing a boat, a visit to gorgeous picnic island is a must! There are also many restaurants nearby and even a couple that deliver! This area was so quiet and tucked away. We felt very safe here and enjoyed not having the bustle that comes with staying in Key West. We have already booked again for next May! The fishing was phenomenal!

Summary: Near several good restaurants....loved the Square Grouper, just 5 miles away. Close enough to Key West to go for a day or just dinner but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of the keys. I rented a kayak for the month and got out on the water almost every day. The canals were always calm and peaceful, when the wind allowed, it was just a short 15 minute paddle to get out to the open water. It was a lovely stay in paradise the month of January 2017!

Summary: If you are looking for a peaceful place in the Keys with all the amenities, this is your spot! Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, the house offers privacy and comfort. I enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen with the awesome stove. The rooftop deck is great to catch a sunrise or sunset or just read a book and enjoy the breeze. It is wonderful to shower outdoors in privacy looking up at all the palms! The canal has quite a variety of interesting fish and I recommend putting on mask and snorkel and going for a swim. The house is located less than 15 minutes from Bahia Honda SP, great beach to snorkel and soak up the sun and it close to a grocery store and pharmacy. The Looe Key Resort, in walking distance from house, offers daily specials and live music nightly. The resort also offers trips out to the reef at Looe Key but the winds were an issue for small crafts during our stay. Steve is great to work with and helped us get our kayak to the house without a hitch. We look forward to staying again sometime and would highly recommend his home to anyone who loves the beauty of the Florida Keys! Thanks Steve for helping us to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

Summary: The house is GREAT! We had a perfect getaway! Location is awesome! Good was excellent everywhere we went! Locals hang out is Looe key resort right there at turn off us1. Great specials! Boondocks up the street on right side. Excellent food but a bit more pricy for tourists. Food is step up also though. Hogfish sandwich was $15.95 and delicious. The smoked gouda Mac $10.95 awesome! We also went to kikis for burgers and other specials 11-4pm. Best pizza in keywest is duetto. I put menus in the house folder. Location is great for us. Calm, safe, quiet neighborhood. I was so comfortable i left my dive gear out to dry and didn't worry about it. It's easy drive into keywest also. I remember other rentals in marathon we were like ugh that's a haul to go party. Ramrod key is great location! Do not hesitate to call Steve and book it! Enjoy! I know you will! We'll be calling you soon enough Steve! Thanks again! Bam

Summary: We have been renting homes in the area from Big Pine to Cudjoe for the past 15 years or so, and this home was the nicest we have rented. It is obvious the home was recently built, and the photos very accurately depict its condition and quality. The living/kitchen area is very spacious as are the 3 bedrooms. The lower parking area is large enough to fit 3 vehicles with plenty of room for a boat trailer. My two favorite things were the outdoor rain shower (I used it almost daily) and the 3rd level crows nest. The views at night from up there were often breathtaking. The access to the Atlantic was fantastic, leaving a very short run to Looe Key, Bahia Honda and the blue water. The home is situated in a very nice residential neighborhood, through which we enjoyed walking our dog. Although we had a lot of wind which sometimes affected our ability to go offshore in our 22 foot boat, the home made our time off the water quite relaxing. We hope to rent this home again next year.

Summary: Brand new, gorgeous, and perfect home for a month-long winter getaway. The home was very well equipped with up-scale appliances and furniture, making a month away from home an enjoyable experience. We loved the quiet community and convenient location with quick access to open water. For land-lovers, Key West is only a 25 mile drive west. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Don't miss Looe Key snorkeling, or dinner at the Wharf. Our dog loved daily boat trips to picnic island for a romp in the shallow water and sand. We hope to rent this home again next year!
