Summary: There really only are 2 wineglasses, no wine opener, and the master bed seems to be missing center support so there's a big dip. It's not a matter of personal preference. The dishes were visibly dirty. There were some other maintenance issues we reported directly but overall we enjoyed the property, it's in a great location and it's a good deal. Not sure how you'd go about getting the pool heated - I tried to request and got no response (which turned out ok since it was still warm enough).

Summary: The property was as advertised., clean and conveniently located. Communicaton was great. We were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The King Mattress dipped in the middle when two people were in the bed. There was only one of each wine glass. We had to look for washcloths for master bath - they had been left in other bathroom. I would definitely book again.

Summary: Very clean and no bugs; pool was great; quiet but nice neighborhood (I live locally); spacious and right on the canal. Cost was nice at 250/day but with all the fees... paid almost double the price (1800 total) for 4 days so watch our for those. All of the knobs and faucets are inverted which is minor- we fixed the main bathroom door knob so one gets locked in again :) Thank you!

Summary: This house is modern and spacious. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for a family or group of friends. The pool is amazing and feels like a resort. The dock was extremely fun since we had friends with boats coming to get us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Best price around for such a nice house.
