Summary: Very sweet little property! Liked the fact there were games and most of the little things were appreciated but could go a little further with more hand towels and toiletries. 2 frying pans and one pot needs to be thrown out due to flaking Teflon!!! Small bath needs an exhaust fan and towel rack repair. Also could use lights in stove exhaust fan for convenience. That’s my constructive criticism meant in the kindest way! Thanks NG, few small changes would go along way but overall I’d give you a 4 out of 5.

Summary: Check in process was easy. Ng was easy and prompt to communicate with. Roomy, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Convenient location to town. Would love to stay here again for the next Gravenhurst Tall Pines Music Festival.

Summary: We were more than pleased with our host and the cottage. The pictures were promising but the cottage itself exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well provisioned, as good or better than some timeshares I have stayed in. The place was spacious, clean and welcoming, we would stay there again anytime

Summary: The cottage rental was everything promised on the webpage. The living space and bedrooms were all spacious and easily accommodated four adults, from three separate households. Even being located inside City of Gravenhurst limits, the cottage property was spaced away from its neighbours in such a way that we could enjoy the outdoor as much as the indoor space. The level of cleanliness was superb, and I really enjoyed how organized the booking, check-in and, check-out follow-up procedures were. There were no issues during our stay, but given the email correspondence I did have with Ng, I have no doubt he would have been quick to respond. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences we have enjoyed. We will be back. Thank you.
