Summary: The owner of the home was amazing. She was quick to respond to questions and issues. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There wasn’t even a cookie sheet there. It was a little further to Disney than we thought. And the community weight room, pool, and volleyball area have not been maintained. There was lots of broken gym equipment, no volleyball for the sand volleyball court, and the pool was dirty.

Summary: Home is comfortable and conveniently located. As usual traffic may be heavier to/from depending on the time of day. Heated pool/spa and gated community was a hit for us. There was a HVAC issue during our stay but communication with Michelle (the property management team) was great and the situation was resolved swiftly. Our flight was also cancelled on departure day and fortunately Michelle was able to accommodate another day for us. Quiet and safe neighborhood!

Summary: House was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool after being out sightseeing and going to amusement parks all day. We definitely recommend getting the pool heated during the winter months!

Summary: The listing of the property was accurate to what we found. Communication with the management company was tedious but issues were eventually addressed. We often had to justify our concerns before they were addressed. One example would be that the pool/spa did not work properly for multiple days. I received a variety of reasons why the pool/spa was not working (the spa needed more water, the spa doesn’t work after 9pm, etc). We exchanged multiple texts before someone was sent to fix it (twice). It was never fixed due to it being an issue with the electrical breaker. By the end of the trip we were simply addressing things ourselves rather than exchange multiple texts.The listing states only minimal supplies, which was accurate, there was not even a baking sheet.

Summary: We had an extended stay as a large family and traveled to the Orange County Convention Center for a volleyball tournament. The drive to the CC was manageable and traffic wasn't too bad. The location of the home was convenient when traveling to the grocery store. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the privacy and ease of having our own private pool. We did use the clubhouse/community pool one of the days we were there and the gradual depth was nice for the young toddler. The home was large and had many bathrooms which was very accommodating to our large group. We would stay in this home again.

Summary: we had a great time at this property, everything was as shown in the pictures. We had an all adult group from 23-84. with the down stairs bedroom it was great for grandma and grandpa. very hard to find one like this. very clean, pool and hot tub great. Golf courses within 10 minutes. Disney about 20-25 depending on traffic. Will be back
