Brand new VRBO home in time for Tucson Gem Show! Location, location, location - this home sets up on a gorgeous view lot that looks south towards downtown Tucson and the south and west mountains. The views are incredible, and at night - AMAZING! Take your wine glasses and fire up the outdoor fire pit, and just soak in the beautiful Tucson scenery and lights.
Newer construction, really nice, safe neighborhood, just 1.5 mile from I-10 on ramp, makes this a perfect location, yet very private.
Three Bedroom plus Office, 2500 square foot newer home with tile throughout, carpet in bedrooms. Completely outfitted chef's kitchen with granite, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen bar seats four and dining table for 8. King bed in the Master with en-suite private bathroom, huge rain showered shower, separate toilet, double sinks and walk in closet. Guest bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house, with a Queen bed in one, and twin in the other. Full bathroom with tub is located right outside the two additional bedrooms. The office has a beautiful desk/chair if you need to work while here. The sofa in the living room is also good for sleeping on if you have 6 guests. Full Laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use. Wifi and TV apps included. Full two car garage available for your use.
