This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 12 and is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. Equipped with a private elevator, to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space, this vacation rental property has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. There is a TV in every bedroom. The master bedroom features a master bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the white sands of the Gulf coast.
Here you have a private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above. On the second floor of three, you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area w/access to your own deck overlooking the white sand beaches, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a private balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor, you have the master bedroom, with access to the master bedroom private balcony plus in suite master bathroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and the 3rd full bathroom.
***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***
We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only
Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Summary: This was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway. We were able to check in early so had extra beach time. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the extras—-beach chairs and a cooler to roll down to the beach. I have nothing negative to say about this property. We will definitely look at returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have a great time here, BUT the house carpet is disgusting. There is huge stains everywhere, and the shower heads upstairs spray everywhere. We will rent this house every year if they replace the carpet. The property manager is the best.

Summary: For the rate we paid, it would have been nice to have some of the little things "vamped up a bit" for instance, the toilet paper and paper towels were the lowest quality. The dishes, utensils were not clean. It's as if the cleaning staff are not required to check these items before each new guest.The carpet was badly stained upstairs, perhaps owner should contemplate replacing, or lowering the nightly rate.the location was amazing! the private garage and elevator were special perks! Overall, ok, but we have stayed in nicer, cleaner places on the beach for less.

Summary: This was a beautiful place to stay. Views are fantastic.Access to beach fantastic. We had a hard time figuring out the elevator, but that was just us. The doors going into the house didn’t unlock most of the time causing some concern. The property manager said they would look into it.

Summary: Great location, close to restaurant's and shopping. The house was really nice, spacious, clean and the huge garage was awesome! We have a 23 feet GMC Denali 3500 truck and was able to park it into the garage which helped so much with unloading and packing when we left. Access to the beach was right there at the back door of the house. Enjoyed our stay.

This year, the stars aligned with not only perfect weather, but a beachfront property that checked off all the boxes! White Sands offers all the comforts you'd look for, with an added benefit of an elevator to make your load in/load out that much easier. But at the end of the day, it was the comfortable living room and broad, spacious deck that proved to be the heart of my family's gathering and enjoyment. We simply loved the place, and can't recommend it highly enough.

Reviewer Comments: This was exactly what my family needed- large bedrooms/beds, elevator, enclosed garage, outdoor shower, walkway to beach, etc. Not only first day supplies until we could get to the store but there was extra of some necessary items. Great restaurants nearby and lots of beach, water toys. Maintenance came immediately when called- elevator door wasn’t latched and he showed us the ropes.
