This unique find is the perfect spot to spend your Branson Vacation! Enjoy all Branson has to offer with a stay at our serene condo. This condo is located in a brand new 4 plex building with onsite parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, and stylish space.
Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one which sleeps 7.
This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large studio bedroom/living room combo with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. There is also an in-room, full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and a Kuerig and is stocked with some basics to enjoy meals.

- All bedding, sheets, etc. are professionally cleaned after each stay
- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected
- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed
- All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay

We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay.
Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available.

There are interior hall stairs to this condo. There is only one other unit on this level and no living space below the condo so you will enjoy comfort and quiet while on vacation.
Parking is directly next to the condo building.
This home has a standard hot water heater. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers, etc.
Our unit features a high-efficiency washer and dryer combo unit - no need to hit the laundromat or carry dirty clothes home.
We accept one small dog with a $75 pet fee. The dog must not remain along in the condo unless crated.

Summary: This is a fantastic one room loft that feels far more luxurious than any hotel room. The owners are responsive and helpful and the location couldn’t be better. Only a few minutes to Branson Landing, and 10 minutes to the strip. This place had everything I needed, was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My parents , husband, and I stayed in the spacious jacuzzi studio condo after traveling from Kansas City. This space was just as described and newly updated. The location was a quick five minutes from Branson Landing and in close distance to other attractions near by. We got to chat with the hosts who were incredibly hospitable and kind. As they have been living the Branson area for quite some time they were able to give very solid/awesome recommendations for nearby food and activities. We also got to check out the new pickleball court being put up which was a special surprise for my father bc he loves to play. It looks incredible. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Summary: It was OK, except the jacuzzi tub stopped working and the wifi password was hacked. After I signed in, I got fake Google virus alerts. I couldn’t message the host because Vrbo said I didn't" have access to this trip." Also they need a handrail on the right side of the stairs.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was much smaller than it looked on line and the jacuzzi leaked so we couldn’t use it. We had some difficulty getting the code to work on the apartment door, however, when we called for help and to report the leak the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good and very close to the Landing and other places we visited.
