Completely remodeled, essentially new, 2 bedroom, 1 bath year round home on beautiful Lake Winnebago East Shore. Gorgeous sunsets can be enjoyed from nearly the entire property. New dock installed 2019. Bring your fishing pole, jet ski, boat, etc for fun on the water!
NEW beds and NEW feature! Electric fireplace in living room for cozy nights inside. Home includes 1 King bed in Master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in second bedroom. Large kitchen, dining area, and living room have great views of the Lake. Bathroom is a good size with shower unit (no tub). Most doors are 36" and zero entry from garage, so property is handicapped friendly. Washer and dryer also available for use.
Other amenities include gas grill, fire pit including wood, kayaks/ stand-up paddle board with life jackets.
NOTE: Boat lift is no longer available due to storm damage. Also, we do not allow tying to the dock due to potential damage to your boat and our dock. Calumet County Park has a boat launch a short 5 minutes away.
Sherwood and Stockbridge just a short drive away. High Cliff State Park about 10 mins away. Calumet County Park is only 5 mins away which has a boat launch. Ledgeview Nature Center Caves and Kettle Moraine State Park just a short drive away. Many Golf Courses in the area as well. In the fall enjoy Mulberry Lane Farms pick your own pumpkin, Meuer Farm Corn Maze, or take a drive to see fall colors. In the winter- property is only a 1/4 mile from the main ice road that runs across the lake from Faro Springs to Paynes Point Neenah. Snowmobile, ice fish, sturgeon spearing, Battle on 'Bago tournament, or just enjoy the tranquility. Many great restaurants in the area featuring classic Fish Fry, Supper Club, or even Mexican.

Summary: Extremely well equipped. Virtually everything you might need was provided. As advertised, sunsets were amazing. Host provided bottled water, which is essential. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Loved nearby Froggy's ice cream. State park and wetland reserve both very worthwhile. Host was very helpful.

Summary: We needed a place to stay during Mile of Music that was close to family. A bonus was the fishing dock right on the property…which we made a lot of use of! Super cute property that was very clean and cozy. Thankful that the owners provided bottled water for our stay, especially with how hot it was the few days we were in town. The laundry came in handy as we had to pack light - nothing super fancy, but did the job. Neighborhood was quiet and I was able to get a walk in every morning, which was excellent! We would absolutely come back to stay here!

Summary: The property was beautiful. Great fishing. Amenities provided were very nice. We had lots of fun with the kayaks! The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The case of bottled water was very nice. We sure went through it. This property is centrally located and we were able to take several roadtrips to awesome locations throughout Wisconsin. Thank you for the use of your beautiful property!

Summary: Great place to get away and relax. Place is comfortable with everything you need. The kayaks were really nice to be able to get out in the water. My 2 year old really enjoyed collecting rocks by the entry way into the water. Water shoes are necessary if you want to get I to the water to swim as the entry is pure rocks.

Summary: This was the most peaceful amazing place to stay. The sunsets are incredible. The home was perfect. There are wonderful towns to visit within short drives. The owners attention to detail was so wonderful. The home was equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t want to leave and cannot wait for the opportunity to go back.

Summary: We’ve rented a lot of houses, all over Wisconsin (and beyond), and this was absolutely the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of the quietest part of the lake (the Eastern shore), but only 20-25 minutes from both the Fox Valley and Fond du Lac metro areas, and everything they offer. Just “down the road” from High Cliff State Park, which is an amazing place to hike, or even just walk. Although the house is “self check-in”, we met Andrea when we arrived at the house, and she was super welcoming and helpful, and had great dining recommendations in the area. (We highly recommend Jim and Linda’s Lakeview Supper Club! And the One Fourteen Bar and Grill, 5 minutes from the house, was a great place for a nice lunch.) The house was perfect for the two of us, but would also be great for a family of four. We only stayed for the weekend, which was our only regret; we both wished we were staying the whole week!
