Lake front property! 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Property set up for seperate living spaces. 1 room with plenty of bunks for boys/girls/kids and 4 bedrooms for adults. Level 45 foot walk from walkout patio to the lake! The water is shallow and clear out to the end of the 280 foot dock. Great for parents with children as the water doesn't drop off until 20 yards past the dock! There is a ring doorbell with alerts off at the front door.

Summary: We rented this home for our out of town family to attend our wedding. I just can’t say enough about this property! It was way beyond our expectations and the owner went the extra mile way over and above. My granddaughter And son enjoyed fishing from the dock and took the kayak out to find bigger fish! They caught several! We enjoyed the fire pit and the game room was a big hit too! Everything was clean and comfortable! The home is very Spacious and met our needs perfectly! We will rent this property again!

Summary: Our family has gone to Minnesota for our yearly Viking game trip for 5 years. This is by far the finest lake home we have stayed at without question. Travis is an outstanding host. The home is loaded up with everything you will need. Lake is full of fish and wildlife. 100% location and close to everything. MOA 35 min. , US Bank 30 Min. Can not recommend this home enough. We will be back!!

Summary: Beautiful property both inside and out. We took advantage of the nice back yard for gathering, playing games, eating some of our meals and nightly campfires. Plenty of yard for little ones to run around. The inside was nicely decorated and accurately portrayed in the photos. Nice, large windows overlooking the lake which was nice on those days when it rained. We had plenty of room for sleeping for our extended family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) and could easily have hosted a few more people.We rented for 8 nights and liked the close proximity to Minneapolis so our kids could easilly come and go as needed. We also liked the location within the Forest Lake community as it was close to downtown with a few restaurant options. Great food at Mallards and a nice "Arts in the Park" on Tuesdays during the summer. We rented Travis' boat and enjoyed fishing and cruising on the lake and even parked downtown on the transient dock for the little kids to go to the park.Last, but not least, Travis was an excellent host and was extremely responsive with any questions that we had. The property was without a couple items but once we mentioned to Travis, he had them promptly sent from Amazon. Thanks for the great stay Travis!

Summary: So much fun was had. The house is outfitted well for a large family and the “game” room in the attached garage is a great space for the kids or adults, when they are not enjoying the lake fun or the yard games. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. The outdoor space has lots of comfortable seating for relaxing or dining, and a fire pit with a nice supply of firewood. We definitely took advantage of the gas grill for several meals. It’s a beautifully decorated and cared for home, inside and out. The Roche bottle of merlot was an unexpected treat!! Thank you
