Summary: Two weeks prior to our arrival, I emailed the host requesting an earlier check in because our flight was arriving early. I received no response. When we arrived the unit was clean but lacked sufficient blankets, I called and text requesting additional blankets but got no response. Summary: The property is exactly as listed and was incredibly spacious for the 3 of us. Overall it was clean and neat but it was also minimal. It’s a modern design but not too cozy. It’s not ADA accessible , lots of stairs! Some things that would improve the experience: Full length mirrors, Extra blankets, replacing the leather couch upstairs (it’s old and was sort of dusty). Other issues: Bathroom in one of the rooms on second floor had debris from a previous guest. This made us question how much cleaning had been done. One of the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom in the other room on the second floor. Other than those minor details, it was a great stay and I’d return!

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous apartment. The host was very responsive to my needs. This spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony offers both comfort and convenience. It spans three floors, each featuring a full bathroom, with an additional half bath on the main level. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms are generously sized and come with their own shower-equipped bathrooms. You can access the balcony from the second floor, providing a pleasant neighborhood view. The main floor includes a generously sized kitchen equipped with a double refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and ample cabinet space. Additionally, you'll find a laundry room and a half bath on this level. Nestled on Morton St, this residence is just an 8-minute walk from the Petworth metro station, facilitating easy commuting to downtown Washington DC and nearby locales. The neighborhood offers a tranquil and secure atmosphere, with numerous parks, schools, shops, and eateries within walking distance. The property also features a fenced backyard for relaxation or recreation. This 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony is ideal for families, professionals, and anyone who values comfort and convenience.
