This is one FABULOUS home! Located on 2 acres, there is plenty of space for many to enjoy! Gourmet kitchen has seating for 6 in dining room as well as a spacious granite island which can seat 4 to 6 more! All stainless steel appliances with a double oven and all the dishes, glass ware and utensils you could ever need. Kitchen is adjoined by large great room, with an 84' flat screen TV, leather sectional and a lounge chair for 2, covered with cozy blankets and pillows for your comfort while viewing or using either Wi-Fi, movies and/or football packages that are just a click away!
Exit the French door into a backyard PARADISE! Built in gas BBQ area has a tiled bar with 4 bar stools for dinning, as well as two comfy chairs with ottomans to put your feet up and relax, along with a 6 seat outdoor dining table and outdoor sofa sectional, enjoy the sunset while you are watching the 65’ flat screen mounted to a beautiful rock wall. There is an ice maker and refrigerator making outdoor entertaining a breeze. The heated pool area is breathtaking, with a HUGE rock water fall feature, grotto with Jacuzzi jets that will seat 4 to 6, as well as a beach front entry. You will feel like you are in the islands surrounded by tropical plants and tikis peering out around the yard. Off the pool area you are with in steps of a romantic stone conversation area with a wood burning fireplace and yet another outdoor sofa sectional and two chase lounge chairs to take in the sensational Arizona weather!
This home includes 6 bedrooms (den is an optional 6th bedroom with a double bed if needed) and 4 full bathrooms. Master bedroom offers a theropedic King size bed, large flat screen TV as well as couch in sitting room area. Master bath has snail shower, big enough for 2, roman tub and double French doors leading to the outside patio. Remaining 4 bedrooms all have queen size beds and flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with posh bedding and décor! Every one of the 4 bathrooms has a shower and 3 have tubs with soft linens for your use.
There is a full finished basement that has an open room with large sofa sectional, 65’ flat screen TV, and air hockey. One of the bedrooms and full bathroom is located in the downstairs area.
There is ample off-street parking available for your vehicles during your stay.
We also have a 1500sq ft two bedroom two bath Casita home on property also for rent with our home at request.
~ Arizona Activities~ Most of the major sporting facilities are located within 15-30 minutes. STATE FARM SUPER BOWL 2023 20 MINUTES AWAY! There are 5 Arizona Cactus Spring Training baseball facilities, Arizona Speedway (Nascar), US Airways Center (Phoenix Suns), Arizona Diamondback's Stadium, Hockey, (Az Coyotes), and more! Come for the Waste Management Phoenix Golf Classic or the Barrette Jackson car auction. You will be close to many scenic hiking trails, golfing, boating, horseback riding and even skiing/snowboarding is short drive away. Crown King is a great spot to go 4x4 wheeling or ride motorcycles. Sedona, Flagstaff and even the Grand Canyon are easily accessible from one of our many highways, West Gate and the University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinal Stadium) with lots shopping and restaurants are minutes away on the 101 freeway. Lake Pleasant is just around the corner!
We are pet friendly but limited to size, breeds and number of pets your may have. There is a non- refundable pet fee that will be added to your reservation total upon pet(s) approval. NO cats please.

Summary: this was a great house for our family. ages ranged from 2-75. plenty of room. lots of seating to watch thor hang in the house. house well stocked and clean. lots of towels and all we could need for the kitchen. owner was very responsive and helpful. outdoor and pool area very nice. lots of seating. awesome outside kitchen. we were hoping for a warm pool all days, but on day when temp was 75 or below the pool was not warm enough to swim. thanks, for a great vacation!

Summary: Our annual Boys Trip to Arizona for golf and spring training games. We've stayed here for the last 5 years and as long as the house is available I don't see us changing locations in the future.

Summary: You know how sometimes you see pictures on the internet and wonder if the place could possibly be that nice....well this was the opposite...this place was Better than the pictures. This place was perfect. Great layout with plenty of space. Awesome TV's, very nice pool and patio area. We barbequed a couple of nights and went out to local eateries as well. We had 8 guys stay here (and could have fit more). Location was perfect for the spring training games and great golf locations all around the area. Couldn't recommend it more highly and already talking about coming back next year.

Summary: This was a last minute thing for myself and 5 other girlfriends… We have always stayed at a Resort for New Years but wanted to all be in the same "place" this year and figured we would try a home rental, as we always have in San Diego. This home was much more than we expected! We each had our own room and rarely had to share a bathroom! We honestly only went out to eat a couple of times, due to we had everything we needed to cook in or BBQ outside the entire week! The backyard is breathtaking, has a huge heated pool, tons of patio furniture and TV's, it was a chilly week, but we used the fireplace and drank wine on the sectional OUTSIDE! I urge others to take advantage of this home, it would be ideal for couples with or without children, plenty of space for all!

Summary: This has been the PERFECT rental!!! The home is gorgeous and with a "homey" feel to it. The home has EVERY amenity you could want or need and then some. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party, and we had ample space for several more, and never felt crowded. Beds and Bedding were beautiful and very cozy. Basement was a treat for kids to play in, had their own couch, TV, wii, air hockey and dart board to play and very own bedroom and bathroom which they LOVED! Backyard is like paradise, we BBQ'd and swam in the heated pool and were able to watch football on Patio TVs all at the same time. I would never again rent a Hotel room after staying in this home, we HIGHLY recommend this to future renters. ALREADY RE-BOOKED FOR SPRING TRAINING AND 2016 PHX OPEN
