Beautiful cabin in Mt Lemmon with a large, spacious floor plan! Master bedroom and full master bathroom (with a jetted tub) located on main floor. Open kitchen looking out to the dining room & living room with large windows bringing in all the natural light! Two bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom and an open loft with extra beds. Stunning views off of the balcony that overlooks Carter Canyon. Private, quiet location with all the amenities you need! The perfect cabin to get away and relax with hiking trails close by!
*Please take ALL of your trash down off of the mountain to dispose of yourself. If you do NOT take it down, there WILL be a $75 PER bag charge for trash that is left on premises. There is NO trash service in Summer Haven nor is there a local dumpster available.*
*If you are visiting the cabin, 4WD is necessary YEAR ROUND. The cabin driveway is off a dirt road. It is NOT regularly maintained. It is also NOT plowed on a regular basis when it snows, so please understand you may have to shovel your vehicle out, should it snow. Snow shovels are provided at the cabin. Please note that the restaurants, shops, and surrounding businesses may be closed due to weather conditions. If you choose not to use 4WD, you are going at your own risk*
*Cancellation may be necessary if the Pima County Sheriff's Department closes the roads. Should that occur, we will refund or rebook your stay.*

Summary: This property is quite lovely. It's genuinely hard to get to -- especially on a rainy day. The listing says 4WD in all seasons, and they mean it. The good news: there's only about a block-long stretch that you are going to have to hike if you ignore that warning. And when you get there, the setting and views are fantastic.

Summary: The property is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. The views are amazing from all around. You can enjoy the views from the balcony or from the comfort of inside from the giant windows. The home was very well furnished and comfortable. It had everything we needed even a grill on the balcony, which we utilized every night. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children and we had more than enough space for all of us. I will definitely rent this cabin again. My only word of caution is you definitely do need a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. The owner does state this fact in the listing and he is not kidding.

Summary: We had a great time at this beautiful and very cozy cabin! It is located in a very scenic, quiet location. Driveway is steep as described so make sure you have 4 wheel drive. Strongly recommend this cabin hope to come back soon!

Summary: Great views off the deck in the morning and evenings. Single shower in master bedroom lacking a full bath upstairs with the other bedrooms. The fireplace is gas and doesn’t work. The pilot will light but either clogged with garbage or gas flow from the 500 gallon tank is poor. Deck bbq workers at first then didn’t work. Dish washer works but have to figure out the broken soap holder. More effort needed by the owner for a $850+ property with limited road access and fireplace that doesn’t work.
