Ideal for gatherings of friends and family, this stunning home boasts modern farmhouse design influences, five inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and room enough to sleep up to 12 guests. From the terrace-level open concept that unites the kitchen and family room to the sweeping two-tier back porch overlooking the water, this home is cleverly crafted for memory making and together time.
Marking the heart of the home, the kitchen is beautifully framed in white cabinets and granite countertops. Equipped with everything you need, it features stainless steel appliances, including a party capacity ice machine that produces up to 25 pounds of ice per day – ideal for filling up the cooler for a boat ride and picnic on the lake. The adjoining family room is surrounded by windows and bathed in natural light with plenty of cozy seating and board games. This floor also boasts a full bathroom for showering off after a dip in the lake.
To ensure a balance of much-needed me time, the three bedrooms on the second floor all feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and private baths. Summary: Best VRBO on the lake. Super clean. More than enough room for families. Bathroom's in every room plus downstairs bathroom. Can't say enough about Melanie's helpfulness. Beautiful views every morning we did not want to leave. If you want to get a awesome job from the family rent this place.

Summary: This house was amazing. Very clean and well equipped for everything we needed. Are three families enjoyed it so much. The three King bedrooms with their own bath was definitely a plus. Our children and teens loved the dog. We did rent a pontoon boat for a couple days which was nice. The drive to get the boat was a little far. We enjoyed the outside space and spent most of our evenings growing and enjoying it. Would definitely come back to this location.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at Lake Martin!! This lake home was the perfect place to stay, offering enough space for all of us (3 families), comfortable beds, & plenty of bathrooms!!! Loved the outside space and the private dock! The owners are not only very friendly, easy to work with, but were right next door if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

Summary: We spent Thanksgiving here this past week and had the family of 6 stay on property. Well equipped. Lots of room to spread out and we never even used the large third floor. The outdoor fireplace was a big hit. Excellent views. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again.

Summary: I will keep this straight and to the point. The launch by the home is amazing! Launched a 26’ deep V center console and 2 waverunners in 10 minutes. Concrete 25’ or more into the water. Deck was great. Out door seating, water toys, fireplace and tv were awesome. Love that the backyard is concrete to water. There is a nice sized grass area on both sides that we used for hammock hanging and frisbee games so don’t let the concrete to deck scare you away. Home is made for families imo. Kitchen and living room combo with multiple seating arrangements. 2nd floor with 3 big bedroom all with their own bath room nicely decorated. And the 3rd floor was perfect for the kiddos with their own living space and bathroom and bedroom with multiplie twins. Full bathroom on the 1st floor was super helpful and convenient too. House has everything you need. Nice towels, full kitchen need from serving platters, cutting boards, mixing bowls, spatulas, baking dishes and pans and everything in between. If I had to say something negative it’s that I haven’t stayed here and rented elsewhere in the past. Book now, because we are heading back and will not stay anywhere else.
