Our place is close to Parnell's delightful shops, art galleries, over fifty restaurants and bars. Is walking distance from CBD, University of Auckland, Vector Arena, Auckland Museum, Newmarket and Auckland Hospital.
You will have the entire second level of our villa which
sleeps up to 5 people.
There are no cooking facilities but it has a microwave, fridge, toaster and jug,and breakfast amenities. Tea, coffee, muesli, bread provided.
Shared use of tennis court and pool.
Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. (with children).

The entire separate second level of our villa is available and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes:
1 x 50 sq. m. open-plan lounge Master bedroom with gas fire, Kingsize bed and dining area.
1 x Queen bedroom with private deck, with view to the Auckland Museum

Summary: Great place for 3-4 people. Easy access to shops in quiet neighborhood. Hosts were welcoming and gave us good overview of area and amenities. A warm inviting retreat at days end.

Summary: Parnell was a great location for us with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The property was well maintained with great views over to the museum and we had great communication with the host so no problems getting settled in.

Summary: Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Communication with the owners was great, they even met us in person to show us around and answer any questions. The location made it easy to walk to the museum and other local sites. We appreciated the guidebook with lots of recommendations on places to eat. We would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Christine is a delight to work with. She met us on the day, showed us around and made sure we were aware of where our parking was (garage with internal access to property) and all the other workings of the house. Just off Parnell road, we didn't need to take the car out again until we left. Food, bars and shopping is right around the corner. Train stop 10 min walk, and looking at the War Memorial from the balcony was a real treat. We were all surprised at how quiet it was especially being so close to a busy road. Will certainly be thinking of Christine and the property on our next trip up. Thank you for looking after us!

Summary: It's a really nice house, close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, which is what we wanted. Christine is really nice to deal with, and our communications were all excellent. We didn't use any other site facilities besides the part of the house we were renting, but that was well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is the lack of actual kitchen facilities, which is a bit of a hassle for organising food and doing dishes.

Summary: Thank you, Christine, for making our stay in Parnell happen! We had a cancelled flight and all sorts of hassles but Christine saved the trip to Auckland with her communication, flexibility and kindness. We came in very late to find a beautiful apartment with ample room and abundant charm. Delicious toast and jam for breakfast provided and then a walk around lovely Parnell and Auckland. We saw everything on foot, the Museum and park are very close and we made it downtown in 30 minutes. Restaurant recommendations provided by the hosts were excellent. Overall a top accommodation and fantastic communication.
