Summary: This house was everything as advertised! Comfortable beds, spacious living area, stocked kitchen with all the cookware and appliances. The basement game room is the cherry on the top! So much fun! Location is great-very peaceful.

Summary: To us the location was perfect. It is close to Branson so you can enjoy the things Branson has to offer but far enough away to be so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful scenery when you don't want to be in the middle of Branson. The house was very clean and perfect for myself, my husband, our daughter, grandson and 3 great granddaughters. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The sunroom is great. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: House was great. 20 minutes to Branson and silver dollar city. Was closer to the road and other homes than it appeared to be in pictures. Could have used tvs in all the bedrooms. Other than that it was great. Very clean and super easy to check in. Kids loved the game room.

Summary: My family really enjoyed the property. It was just the right distance from all we wanted to do in Branson. It was only one mile to a great Country Mart when we needed anything. Will stay again if we are able to return next fall!

The house was super clean, well stocked kitchen and homey touches you usually don't see. The game room was a big hit and we were close enough to Branson to have day outings but far enough out to enjoy the quiet mornings with coffee on the sun porch. Highly recommend!

Everything was spotlessly clean, towels and linens were newer and clean, everything in the house was perfectly. Disappointed in the lake- no area to swim or fish from the yard,house is on an inlet covered in algae. Did not use the water at all. We had planned on using the lake; had to change plans and mostly were in Branson. I wish we had known lake conditions early enough to rethink our plans. But the house itself was above and beyond anything we had hoped for.

Summary: This property was a very nice surprise. It is clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. We used it mainly for a place to stay while golfing every day. The only two things that I can say that would have made the experience better is a dock for getting the kayaks in and out of the water and the drive to the property is a little harrowing. I drove it a couple times a day, but if you are just planning on getting there and not leaving multiple times a day, it’s obviously not as big of a deal. But, a very comfortable place and you can tell that the owners want the renters to have a good time.
