The perfect place for your family or group to spend time together while having space to spread out! This 7700 square foot home is located in beautiful Provo, Utah widely recognized as one of the best places to live in the United States. Located just a mile north of BYU (Brigham Young University) and only 15 minutes from the freeway. Originally built as a dream home, this beautiful location has large bedrooms, super comfortable beds, 3 large gathering spaces, and a dream kitchen!
The kitchen island alone is 7 by 10 feet. The gorgeous granite countertops with matching backsplashes are a fantastic natural version of Van Gogh's Starry Night over the Rhone.
There are 7 bedrooms. There are 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

Summary: Owner worked hard to prepare for us. Lots of wonderful features for our family. We'd definitely rent again if the need arose. Tweaking required on water pressure and slow drains, but we managed. Beds were not arranged as mapped, but we temporarily rearranged twins as needed.very pleased !

Summary: The house is well-equipped, has tons of beds, and has great gathering spaces so it was perfect for our family group. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We found that the floors did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned (white socks turned black on the bottom when walking around), but all other areas of the house seemed clean and functional. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Our family needed a larger home to stay in for my daughter's wedding weekend. This fit our needs nicely since it was close to where we needed to be and had enough space for everyone! Lots of room to spread out and the basement was really nice for the teenagers to hang out.The host was always very prompt in her responses with any questions/concerns we had, and was extremely kind and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this property! There was every convenience wanted in kitchens, baths, living spaces, etc. plenty of towels, bedding, so many beds,, parking, dishes and utensils. I could go on. Owners were great at. communication and coming to the house if needed. We list air conditioning on the main floor and window units were immediately put in until the repairman came. Excellent service! We would definitely rent again if we have a large gathering!
