Summary: Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) thoroughly enjoyed this property and home. The host was very informative and accommodating. This is the most well-stocked home we've ever stayed in by far and we were told to truly make ourselves at home and we did! The property had everything from games to fully stocked toiletries and kitchen items, even staple pantry goods. It's the perfect Colorado cabin with magnificent views of the mountains and all sorts of terrain to explore. The property is a drive (~35 minutes) from Canon City but near to Guffey (~10 minutes). Our group enjoyed exploring the outdoors of the property which is adjacent to BLM lands. I would highly recommend renting ATVs/UTVs for the trails nearby. We rented from Rocky Mountain Rentals and had a great experience. Don't miss out on fun whitewater rafting nearby through Echo Canyon River Expeditions which offer floats for all ages and experiences. The Royal Gorge Route Railroad and Royal Gorge Bridge/Gondolas also were fun excursions that catered to our varying ages.

Summary: I’ve rented a number of houses, but none as well stocked as this one. Not even close. The house is a bit remote, so bring what you need as it’s pretty far if you have to restock. Also, the drive is better in an SUV or equivalent and I wouldn’t pull a trailer over 25-30 feet long up the drive. There is plenty of room down at the bottom to leave a trailer though. The manager of the property was fantastic.

Summary: Wow! The first view from the deck was absolutely stunning- we never got tired of sitting on the deck and taking it all in! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this mountaintop gem. Erich was fantastic and responded quickly and thoroughly to all our questions and concerns. Thanks again to Erich!

Summary: We stayed here with our large family. The setup of this home was perfect for the parents to have their own space while the cousins all got to run around together. The large property gave plenty of opportunity for short hikes together and the views were some of the best I have EVER seen. Absolutely beautiful property, and stunning home. Everyone agreed.. we can't wait to come back!
