Summary: My children absolutely loved staying here! The reading nook and the guest room was their absolute favorite. The back patio was beautiful to sit on in the evening and even though you're in a neighborhood there's quite a bit of backyard privacy. We did go in the height of Summer so had to combat spiders and mosquitoes outside but that's to be expected.

Summary: Our recent stay in Eugene was made extra special by the very comfortable accommodations in this home. We were in town awaiting the birth of our grandson. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Communication was always quick and appreciated. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and all the furniture is cozy and inviting. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee in the sunny den off the great room. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Summary: This house was Great very clean the online pictures and presentation was spot on. The neighborhood was awesome the host was responsive to our questions and concerns. We would stay here again without hesitation. Could use more hand towels. The Grass was a little long, but not an issue a simple observation. We enjoyed our stay this made our trip a five star trip. Thx

Summary: We loved our stay at this property. We were in town for Nike nationals for high school track, and it was a great place for our son to relax and get ready to compete. The massage chair was an extra bonus! The owners were so kind and easy to communicate and were extremely flexible. Will definitely rent this house again next year!

Summary: Stayed to meet with U of O people for business and host a lunch. It was a great property. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Will consider it for our next Ducks related event trip. Would be a great place for a large family or lots of friends to spread out!
