Summary: Five married couples had plenty of private space with a FABULOUS outdoor space to enjoy! Pool was fabulous with sun and shade options all day. Outdoor kitchen was perfect!

Summary: We came in for a wedding and had 5 couples. The house is as advertised, Jaime was great ‐ didnt need anything but she was very responsive to a couple questions, the pool was clean and house had everything we needed for cooking, and great outdoor space.cant say enough good things. Highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed here with a group of “old” friends. The house was clean and comfortable. It gave us a tremendous amount of space, for the 9 of us to hang out and enjoy. The best part was Jamie, the property manager. She was on top of any questions we had and actually came asap to replace the broken coffee maker.

Summary: Had a great stay in this very roomy and comfortable home. Kitchen was well stocked for a family of 6 adults that like to cook. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. Very nice property manager but we really never had any issues during our stay. Good place for a family gathering. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants.

Summary: great house, beds nice, amenities great. flat grill worked well and came in handy. could use more flatware, we had 10 people so had to wash the knives and forks after each meal. dock needs renew and owner said they were on it. courtyard style layout really works well.

Summary: We had a girls weekend and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. The property was spacious, very clean, and the outdoor pool and lounging area was where we spent most of our time. I appreciated that the property manager met us in person. It was a nice personal touch as opposed to just getting a key or code. I would highly recommend this property. I saw some earlier reviews complaining about the couches being worn but the owner has replaced them. I would definitely rent this house again.

Summary: Location is great. Back yard is fun. The palm trees are a danger - coconuts fell and almost hit us twice in 3 days. No top bed sheets in the house is a really bad idea. The mattress covers were dirty when we stripped the beds. The lack of a full size refrigerator in the kitchen was a bummer, but it sounds like that may be getting fixed. The are on the walls is “eclectic” - some people may like it, I guess. The dishes were all in a large server type piece of furniture in another room, and the dishes were just very random - not much matched. Having to schedule a time for a person to meet us at the house to sign some kind of homemade check in form was inconvenient (and weird, and unnecessary). The greeter person did let us check in a couple of hours early, which was a plus, but overall, the house left us unimpressed.

Summary: My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful, spacious house. The design is incredible, the pool is amazing, and the space overall is just all you need for a family or friend's vacation. There was some water spilled in the patio, and I wanted to have a nice family dinner, so I did have to clean up a bit, but overall the house is nice and clean; fresh towels and anything you might need. You will also see lots of iguanas!
