Amenities include: 2 King, 2 queen, 2 full beds with additional mattresses available. 2 full stocked kitchens, 2 washer and dryers, large smoker and grill, plenty of bedding and towels. 2 very large covered patios overlooking the water and one is screened in. Summary: Lots of pros about this property. Nice boat cove (except for the geese poop which made it impossible for the kids to play in the water there but we just went to the beautiful sandy beaches nearby). Great boat ramp just around the corner from the property that accommodated our deep v Glastron. House has lots of space to spread out. The 2 living areas were convenient because our adult children brought their children. 2 kitchens, 2 sets of washer dryer, gas BBQ grill, fire pit, screened in porch on the upper level so my elderly parents could sit and watch the geese and the kids play in the yard without having to navigate downstairs or around the home. There are 3 bedrooms, not 4 as listed, unless you count the game room with a pull out sofa. You would have to move a table and a foosball table to pull it out though. My husband and I slept on the futon in the upstairs living room to be close to my elderly parents and futons aren't great but we made it work. Owner was super responsive and I definitely give them a 10. Wal Mart is only about 10 minutes Driveway was easy enough to navigate with our truck and boat if you know how to pull and back a trailer. Plenty of parking. We had 3 vehicles with trailers plus a car. Very quiet location, peaceful, easy to find. Bedrooms quiet even with a noisy 2 year old in the house. Plenty of towels and linens. There are 3 steps to get into the home. I would definitely consider this home again for a family trip to Eufaula.

Summary: Our weekend stay was great! Water front with easy access. Very peaceful setting with plenty of room. Screened in porch was the perfect place to play cards in the evening.

Summary: Everything about this house was perfect for our family. The two upstairs masters were ideal for my husband and me… And my sister and her husband… The downstairs was perfect for our three children… Two teenagers and one millennial. There was so much to do in the downstairs area for the kiddos… And upstairs had a beautiful view, as well as a very comfortable great room with a marvelous Fireplace. Lots of extra linens, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The lake is just a very short walk from the backyard. The fenced in the backyard was perfect for the dogs to run around and explore. The house was very clean. Joel, our host was extremely accommodating. We celebrated Christmas there, and he made sure we had a Christmas tree. Walmart was a short 10 minute drive, and there are a few cute shops in the town of Checotah. This property gets a solid 10… I cannot think of anything that would make it better.

Summary: Owner very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The home is nice and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful Thanksgiving here. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Our dogs had so much fun running and playing in the large fenced backyard. The layout is great for group activities together or for spreading out. Nice screened in balcony, great patio on lower level, foosball and ping pong. We are so appreciative to have stayed in this wonderful home!
