Also the house has a beautiful in-ground pool and can accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a portacot if there are any little kids staying. The house is newly renovated and is very family friendly as we have a young family as well. It is only a short one hour drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards and only 20 minutes to the tourist Mecca of The Entrance.

Summary: The house it self looked nice and had a lovely backyard with a pool which everyone enjoyed. Just few cleanliness issues. Didn't seem like the house was cleaned prior to our trip. There was dust and dog hair on the floor. Kitchen had hand prints everywhere stains on the bench. The linen were stained and we saw bugs and cockroches inside the house a few times. The furniture looked old and stained. The BBQ was dirty it had a strip of bacon. The ensuite bathroom is really tiny. If you are traveling with a big group maybe better to look elsewhere.

Summary: It was a nice house and beds were comfortable but there was no where for us to sit all together. We were 8 ladies that wanted to sit and chat and there was only a 6 seater table and chairs, that were very uncomfortable. There was seating for 2 people out side and 2 people by the pool. There was a lounge that sat 5 people so we could not even watch a movie together at night. It was pretty disappointing. And they need fly screens on the front and back door as there were flies continuously in the house.

Summary: Linen needs updating as few were stained. Handy man has a few jobs ladder in kids room broken draws in bedroom broken. But all in all great stay a/c great lounge room ok
