Summary: The home was very clean and conveniently located. It is walking distance to the strip and local park. The home was exactly as it listed! FYI for other visitors to GOTL, most of the town shuts down after Labor Day, and places are only open on the weekend though October. Wineries seem to be open year round!

Summary: The cottage is cute and clean. It’s small but the layout accommodated our family of four well. However, we ended up cutting our stay short by a night due to a neighbor that was calling the police for a noise complaint and for some reason blaming us. Not sure why since we were asleep with our two young children. That being said, we were awoken to police officers shining flashlights in our windows and banging on the door which in turn woke our kids and terrified them. This happened twice. The rental company didn’t really care and told us they “never had this problem” with the neighbor and offered zero compensation when I told them we were leaving because our kids didn’t feel safe spending one more night. Disappointing.

Summary: This property was perfect for my best friend and I! Everything was within walking distance on the strip and we took full advantage all weekend long. I highly recommend also booking through Sunset for a wine tour. Our driver was awesome and made sure she tailored our trip to our likes and wants. My only complaint was we didn’t use any outdoor furniture because everything was covered in spider webs and we didn’t have anything to clear them ourselves. All in all a great weekend trip though!
