Summary: The hotel, spa and restaurant were great. The only complaint was the standard of the room, which really could do with a revamp (especially for 300 euro a night). A better bed, unscratched floor and smart TV would be a good start. The room looked like it hadn’t had an upgrade for about fifteen years.

Summary: Super service on check-in. Very nice meal in restaurant, at very reasonable price. Rooms comfortable. Bathroom a little “used”. But all in all very recommendable!

Summary: We were doing a road tour of Sweden and just happened upon this lovely property situated on a lake surrounded by a conservation area. Our room was in the new building facing the water. The room was spotless and modern in design. Each room had a small balcony.The property is a spa and has all those features- massages,, saunas, steam, indoor and outdoor pools plus hot tubs. One unique treat was the "house barge" tethered to the shore which had it's own sauna with wrap around windows looking out at the lake. We were sorry we could not have stayed longer as our schedule did not permit it. They have an older building with guest rooms which houses the restaurant where we had a delicious prix fixe meal.
