Positive: The host was very friendly. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It offers great value for the rental price. The space was perfectly suitable for two people. There is also convenient parking available at the apartment location. The key box was easy to find, making check-in simple and smooth. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: One small point to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no lift, which may be less convenient for guests with heavy luggage. There was also an additional charge of 30 Euros for bed linen and hand towels; it would be helpful if this information is highlighted clearly in advance for guests who may not be familiar with local practices. Additionally, having a few cleaning sponges available in the apartment would make the stay even more convenient.

Positive: It's a nice place for a short stay in Altenau. The host is nice and replies promptly. Finding the place and getting the keys was not an issue. There is also a balcony in the living room.

Negative: The balcony overlooks other buildings - so no view of the mountains or the valley
