Positive: I liked the bathroom it was big and after trip to take a bath was excellent. The view was Okey and bed was big. Breakfast was excellent.
Negative: I didn't like the colour of room...maby to paint these walls or put some pictures on the wall. And check these lights...one didn't work.

Positive: Great staff, the receptionist was particularly fantastic who was working her shifts at the start and end of my stay. She was the one that made my feedback more positive than it would have been, she was ever so helpful and always one step ahead. She was awesome. There was also a good breakfast selection, and a comfortable bed.
Negative: The shower room needed a good scrub with bleach and limescale remover. The shower head was leaking at a joining point so the pressure was low. The room doesn't come with a complementary kettle, cup and tea/coffee selection, and worst of all- I couldn't keep my window open for fresh air as my room was facing the inside yard and people would stand by the windows drinking booze, shouting (drunk nonsense) with pals, and worst of all - SMOKE!!! I had to resort to sleeping with the A/C on which is not the worst, granted, but not the best either...

Positive: Very nice place, small building with big rooms. On the lowest floor there is a restaurant so after arrival you do not need to look for a place to eat - it is right there. The room standard is good enough, there is a parking place outside but if you arrive late there could be a problem. Breakfasts are very tasty with lots of varieties and some rare specialities (a white chees cakes were brilliant)
Negative: There is no elevator and the restaurant is close to the rooms so it may be noisy for some sensible people.
Summary: Nice and clean place, not big hotel but cosy and comfortable.

Positive: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The courtyard area was lovely to sit in during the evening. The food was delicious. Safe and secure parking. Fascinating to find out that the hotel was established by a Scottish man named Grey!!
