Positive: The hotel is very close to U-District Station. The bedroom is spacious with a very large bed, decorated in a vintage style. There’s a big sofa and a work desk facing the city view. The bathroom has a bathtub with both hot and cold water. I received a voucher for breakfast or the night bar for every day of my stay, which was excellent. The café downstairs at the hotel is also very delicious.
Negative: In the room, only small bottles of water were provided, so I had to walk to Safeway, which is not too far, to buy more. There was no refrigerator in the room, which was very inconvenient for me since I had food that needed refrigeration.
Summary: The bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient, but there was no refrigerator.

Positive: Lobby was beautiful. Coffee house was great as well. Room was clean and cool. Loved the roof top. Overall, high marks, easy and comfortable. Slept great. Great spot if visiting UW.
Negative: I drove to Seattle, hotel had a valet area but no parking. I had to find street parking. They did allow me to park at the valet area to unload luggage.
Summary: Convenient, comfortable, nice trained staff, clean. Fun roof top!

Positive: Coffee and muffins from the coffee shop were great. View of city skyline and Space Needle was awesome. Quiet and comfortable room and clean bathroom.

Positive: Hotel is ideally located across the street from the Sound Transit light rail line to downtown and the Seattle-Tacoma airport, and within walking distance to the University of Washington campus. Room was spacious and conveniently furnished, with one exception.
Negative: Desk chair was worn to an unacceptable softness and could not be adjusted for height. I could not use it and had to work standing up. Intermittent daytime noise from an adjacent room: may have been furniture moving or maintenance activity.
