Positive: location general cleanliness of bathroom, toilet the proprietor lady was understanding, helpful

Negative: loud music/songs at the ground floor for a long time which made it hard to rest/sleep bed was not comfortable only 1 pillow charging point away from bed room needs a refurbishment as it is old and very basic

Positive: Not too far away from the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with storing my stuff. The toilettes were pretty clean and private. Rooms were clean and secure.

Negative: A bit of damp and mould on the walls of the room, but that's about it.
