Positive: Great position, nice meal variety and quality, hard to match value for money.

Negative: The spa area seems rather small at first, but it proved ample enough to accommodate everyone in the end. The water could use a little less chlorine, but maybe it's just me.

Positive: Super friendly staff, extraordinary food (better than any restaurants we went to), sauna was great after a day on the slopes (bear in mind it's closed by 7pm), great facilities overall, walking distance to everything. But the food was really the highlight, compliments to the chef!

Positive: Food is way above average. Plenty of meat and non-meat choices. Fresh fruit. High-quality products. Staff are nice. Parking on location (which is important in Bansko).

Negative: There was something wrong with the mattress in our room. The pool was way colder than claimed on the web site.

Positive: This was an absolutely fabulous location the staff were so accommodating and it was more than excellent value for money - we were blown away by the standard and the way the staff went above and beyond . The lady in the evenings was amazing and the lady at breakfast the same .

Positive: Location was perfect for getting to the slopes and walking around. It was nice and quiet, with a comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent food and plenty of it. There is plenty of hot water and the spa was great to warm up The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags whilst looking round on the last day.

Negative: The room was smaller than the pictures shown, it was difficult to dry very wet things e.g gloves. There is a ski room but no radiators/driers in the. It’s warm though. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was great however didn’t know we had to pay in cash. This would have been helpful to know in advance to be prepared.

Summary: Perfect place for a ski holiday, excellent location, food and lovely staff.

Positive: This is a nice hotel. The room is fairly basic but it has eveything you need. The food is excellent! We had breakfast and dinner and both were very, very good. There is a pool and sauna but we haven't tried them out.
